He tried so hard

READ FIRST BEFORE COMMENTING:This was my butterfly Austin. I had him since Oct 26 he was a monarch who couldn't fly and since people know I raise butterfly's they brought him to my care since he wouldn't survive in the wild. He was a fourth gen monarch which meant he should have lived about 6-8 months having been born in late Sep into Oct. When he emerged from chrysalis it was very windy and tore his wing to where he was rendered flightless his other wing also didn't stretch out proper. It didn't stop him from trying to fly though he really wanted to poor guy. He was very friendly often refusing to get off my finger and was also great at climbing. He was an awesome little guy and I am really going to miss him.By the time he passed he only had one lower wing left from flight attempts.We buried him by a butterfly bush that had one of his favorite flowers. I am glad he is at peace now flying in the gardens of heaven. 
 Gonna miss giving him fresh flowers/sugar water and over ripe fruit
Many people I know say I'm a hero for doing all this,but really I was just doing what anybody with butterfly care skills would have done. I just did the right thing nothing less
